e Down Payment & Security Deposit Policy

  • If your event is hosted at The Davenport, all rental items must be paid in full 30 days prior to your event. A down payment is not required.
  • For events hosted at a location other than The Davenport, rental reservations require a 25% non-refundable deposit for in-stock items, 50% for special order items.
  • All items subject to a replacement charge if items are broken, damaged, or not returned.
  • Rental items must be rinsed before returning - if not, an additional charge of 10¢ per piece will be incurred. Greer Event Rentals will be responsible for washing and disinfecting rental items.
  • Prices subject to change without notice.

f Delivery & Pickup Services

Charges apply for locations other than The Davenport. If your event is hosted at The Davenport, delivery and pickup are FREEGreer Area | Delivery or pickup: $30
Outside Greer Area | +$1.50 per mile starting from 230 Trade St. Greer, SC 29651

  • Delivery or pickup after 6:00 PM: +$20 per employee
  • Delivery or pickup on Saturday: +$20 per employee
  • Delivery or pickup on Sunday: +$50 per employee
